I took my first shoot at welding the other day. I did some practicing, and then tried fixing this broken curtain rod holder. It didn’t go quite as smoothly as I had hoped, but I made a couple of on the spot adjustments to my plan and got it to work somewhat. This is certainly not a good welding job, but I’ll take it for now. I’ll have to get some more practice in before I do anything that someone might see. For now I got in a little practice and the curtains are staying up a bit better. Life is his.
