Funnel Cake

We had the request to make funnel cakes the other day. Lissa of course was willing to make that happen. They were good. I remember making them for the first time in high school foods class. I had never had them before that. For a long time I kept the recipe in my wallet. They were easy to make, and I thought they tasted pretty good. I’m not sure if I ever even used that recipe, but I carried it around for quite awhile. I never made any this fancy, that’s for sure. These turned out great, and the kids loved them.
