Gingerbread goodbye
This is almost as much fun as making the houses to begin with. I was not home in time to participate in the actual demolition. I did get to see the carnage around the kitchen, and it looked like it must have been a good time. I’m glad the kids are able to enjoy time together with the extended family making these. I wonder if we could make it an every other year tradition, and try something new on the off years. I think as we grow and age it will be more and more difficult to figure this out. We have done a very good job adapting to this point, so maybe we can figure out how to keep it alive moving forward too.
