Boating
We made it out to the lake for the first time this weekend. When you have an old boat, sometimes it takes a little extra effort to get out to the lake. Luckily my son is excited to go, so he did an excellent job getting the boat ready to run. We didn’t have the best water, it was a bit too windy, but it was still a good day. The kids all had a great time. There was a little excitement on the way home, when the strap that holds the boat on the trailer broke. It was fun to have the whole family working together to solve the problem. There was a back up chain connected, so nothing bad happened, but it gave us a bit of a startle. Hopefully I can get that all back together tomorrow. Good times.
