With my sister and her family in town, we know we are in for an adventure. Tonight being their last night in town we certainly had a great time together. We started hanging out at the house for a couple of hours. Then we spent went to the BYU volleyball game. The Cougars took care of business and won the match. It was great fun to have the kids there. We went down and talked with a couple of players after the games. That’s something I’ve never done before.
I’m always so amazed with how well these guys play. Their talent is beyond anything I can imagine. It’s fun to watch them be amazing on the court. I was also impressed with how good they were to all their fans. They signed autographs, and took selfies with so many people after.
After the Volleyball game we came home and had some ice cream and we watched the BYU vs Gonzaga basketball game. I was worried that wouldn’t turn out so well for a BYU fan. The Cougars came through again, ending a Bulldog 40 game in conference winning streak, and beating the #2 ranked team in the nation. It was a fun game to watch, and they played hard. What a great time together. I can’t wait till next time we get together.
