This is what a toe looks like after a 2 inch ball hitch falls a couple of feet onto it. Our poor little guy had an unfortunate accident and had hurt his toe. It took about 20 minutes or more to have him settle down, and then another couple of hours before he was ready to get off on his own. We’ll have to keep watching to see how he is recovering. I’m hopeful that all the damage was in the soft tissue, and that the bone is alright. He is a tough little guy and I’m so proud of how well he managed through the pain. All the other kids did great at managing their expectations and helping through things while we helped take care of him.
