Fall Hike

Lissa and I were able to get out on a hike with our good friends. The weather was perfect, and the mountains are amazing right now. I have been looking at them from the valley, and they look pretty good. There is nothing like spending the effort to get right up in the middle of things. I had never been up this far on this particular trail. I didn’t realize how dense the trees were up there. I hope we can find time to get out on another fall hike before the colors all disappear. I think it would have to be this week though. There must be other areas around here where the trees change color later in the year. We’ll have to do a little research to see where we go next.
