Weather’s changing
It’s starting to feel like winter around here. I spent a little time outside trying to help my neighbor with a car problem tonight. After just a few minutes my hands were freezing. They were covered in grease, so I couldn’t put them in my pockets. I’m afraid I’ve lost my cold weather endurance that I had when I was framing houses. I would still get plenty cold back then, but I do think I was a bit tougher about it, and it took longer to feel like I was freezing. The air has been pretty bad lately. We are looking for a good storm to clean things up, and give us a bit of a snow pack. The snow level must be well below our normal levels for this time of year.
This picture was taken on an overcast day. I think it was too overcast to be all that great. If only a ray of light had been able to light up the mountain behind. I’m sure there is a better way to capture images on a day like this, but I couldn’t figure it out. More practice necessary.
