I attended the Silicon Slopes Tech Summit today. While I was there I attended a couple of sessions put on by the University of Utah Medical Center. In one of the sessions I learned that I need more sleep.
They had a question and answer session in which they discussed some things about sleep. I think I usually get less than 6 hours a night, so that’s below what they think a person should be getting. I suppose it’s time for me to put a little effort into trying to reorganize my schedule.
When I do go to sleep I think I sleep pretty soundly. I suppose I’ve always thought that made up for not getting as many hours. Now I’m reconsidering after what the doctors all had to say about getting enough sleep. Maybe I’m alright?
