Lost Creek Waterfall

Here is another couple of shots from our trip up to lost creek falls in Provo Canyon. I think these boys all enjoyed exploring the top of the falls. I would like to take a little longer and see how far up the mountain we could get. From what I understand this is actually one of the better approaches to summit the mountain in the winter. I’m sure doing that would be amazing, but I don’t know that I would ever feel like it would be worth the risk. Perhaps with the right training, practice and safety equipment the risk could be mitigated to a safe level. I also imagine it would be bitter cold. I think I’ll stick to hiking this one in the summer/fall.
