Quick Cake
This is a cake Lissa made for a neighbor. It was pretty simple and quick compared to some of her cakes. The leftovers (which is all I got to taste) were just great. She was a little worried about how it came out, but i’m sure it was well received. We still had almost every pan and spatula in the house dirty. I’m excited that a cake can be made so quickly and still turn out great. She’s amazing!
