I would not want to be responsible for insuring these guys. I would venture to say it’s not if, but when there is an accident. Of course I can’t say I’ve never done something like this. We would often go beyond the specs of a ladder while framing. I should probably be dead. In spite of all the crazy things we did, I can only think of a couple of mostly minor ladder injuries while I was on the job.
