Lissa and I went out for another photo walk. I started out a little frustrated this time, but we go things figured out, and had a good time. I am excited for our next opportunity. I need to start posting some of these to instagram and facebook I guess in order to get any traction around things.
Family hike to lost creek. The kids all did great, and it was a decent hike for the little ones.
A shot Lissa got out in nature. I am happy that she has been able to get out, and play with the camera a bit. We live in such a beautiful place, it is fun to try and capture some of the beauty with the camera.
We were given an amazing sunset last night. The sky was stunning. I still can't believe everything that was going on.
The mountains are fun to look at all year. I have particularly enjoyed them this year with all the snow at first, and now all the green. I don't ever get tired of being outdoors and taking in nature.
This hawk was out in the backyard the other day. The kids spotted it, and came in very excited to share their find with us. I'm glad they are happy to see animals in nature, and that they like to share things like this with us.
These are some of our great neighbors working together to help each other out. We hauled dozens of truck and trailer loads of garbage to the dump. Working together we were able to get it all done in just a couple of hours. Way to go everyone.
Lissa and her friend took the kids out for a hike last week. The kids had a great time together enjoying nature and their friends. It is fun to have close friends, and great mountains to play in so easily.
We only had about 1 minute to try and capture this shot since it showed up right as we pulled in the garage. I didn't get it as well as I would have liked to, but this is what I got.
The kids got to have a great time playing at school. The fire department comes over and uses their truck to spray water for them to play in. It was a cold day, but they were able to have fun anyway.
