Enjoying the Veiw
Things often don't go the way we plan them to go. It is usually wise to make the best of what we end up with, and things tend to work out over time.

We have enjoyed supporting our son this year racing with the mountain biking team. He has done great and is having fun with his good friends. Great program. The races are a little far away and it's a bit expensive, but otherwise I love it.
This guy can ride a wheely very well now. We need to get out and practice together, so I can have any hope of keeping up with him.
Another opportunity to play around with some night photography. I enjoy trying to capture the stars, and the milky way.
Our son has started early to try and learn photography. He is developing a pretty good eye, and these shots he got at the sand dunes show that he is building his skill very well.
Pelican in flight. I may have been too loud and aggressive at trying to get into place for this shot, and so it decided not to stick around any longer. I didn't do a great job photographing this beautiful bird. In the future I need to do a better job of setting up my tools to get me the best possible results.
Trying to get out and use the camera. I forgot to check my settings before the first shot, but I did manage to catch and correct my mistake before I took the second shot, so that is something anyway.
I had a few minutes to kill, so I took a little walk to try and see if I could find anything worth taking a picture of. I need to start taking some shots of random houses when I see them. There are things I can post about organization, and maintenance and such.
just picked up a beauty dish for the first time and took some test shots. I think this is a very promising light modifier. We are looking forward to getting more practice and improving our photography skills
I managed to have a few minutes for taking pictures at the golden hour. Life is great and it is so much fun to be out capturing nature. Life is good.
