Traffic

We went to see the eclipse yesterday. We drove 4 hours away, but it took us over 9 hours to get home afterwards. Here are a couple of images to give you and idea why. We made a few new friends while we were walking around on the freeway (or should I say parking lot). I still don’t understand how a road with not stopping can get so backed up with traffic that we can be at a complete stand still for so long. I think it was worth it. We’ll post some pictures soon. No time to go through them yet. I’m still missing several hours of sleep. I think I’m giving up on the idea that I’ll ever catch up on that sleep though.
