Lissa made a cake to celebrate another birthday. It’s bitter sweet to have our boy so far away on his birthday. We love what he’s doing and wouldn’t have it any other way, but we still miss him terribly. There will be plenty of opportunity for cake together in the future, and it’ll be that much better having gone through a couple of years of separation.
