Smooth Water

Another couple of shots we captured when the river was running pretty high. I was trying to be a bit creative and use a slower shutter speed. It was a little cold and windy, so I wasn’t on the top of my game. I don’t have a lot of patience when everything is perfect, and when I’m cold I get that much worse. I’ll have to keep that in mind and do a better job of considering the conditions when preparing to go out shooting. It is possible to be out in the cold and still remain mostly comfortable. I’ll have to spend a little time reviewing what we captured overall to see if we can learn from what went well, and where we missed the mark. There are so many factors to consider when out shooting nature.
