Snake

Lissa got the kids out on another hike with her friend. It turned out being a longer than they were expecting it would be. A longer than expected hike with little kids can cause some stress. I do think they managed to have a good time in spite of the difficulties. I have some additional shots I’ll upload later, but for now I have some interesting shots Lissa got of a snake. This guy looks pretty big. Apparently there were quite a few snakes around the hot springs where they hiked to. I guess they found a teenager that caught one of these guys. He wasn’t careful enough, and he ended up getting bitten. I think that was enough for my kids to know that they want to keep as far away from snakes as possible. I’m really glad they have been putting in the effort to get out and explore our back yard.
