Spillway
I ran down to the canyon the other day and got to see the spillway in action. I wish I had a shot with a person in the frame to show the scale. This is an awful lot of water coming down the side of the cliff. It’s quite amazing the systems in place to manage water here. I wish we didn’t have to let any extra water flow out of the reservoirs. It will only be a matter of time before we are back in a drought, and having to conserve every drop. For now the water flows are amazing to watch (from a distance).
