The kids got to get out and go to the splash pad with their cousins. It’s amazing how much fun can be had with a little water on a hot day. They ran around and played for a long time. I don’t think there was much crying or complaining, so we’ll call that a win.
I especially like the couple photos that are over by the drinking fountain. These kids are pretty clever and helpful. It is good to be able to figure things out on your own. I’m not sure the shoulders idea was the safest or easiest way to make this happen, but it looks like it worked, and no toddlers where injured in the filming of this event (that I’m aware of).
It’s fun to be outdoors.
